Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Talento platform at talento.lt (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by WE HUMAN, MB, registered in the Republic of Lithuania (company code: 305711625, address: Aukštaičių g. 16-63, LT-11341 Vilnius, Lithuania). References to “Talento”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to WE HUMAN, MB.
2. Description of the Service
Talento is a skills-based hiring platform that allows:
- Candidates (“Talent”) to create profiles, complete real-world challenges, receive AI-powered evaluations, and be discovered by hiring companies.
- Employers (“Companies”) to post challenges and job listings, review scored candidate submissions, and contact shortlisted candidates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@talento.lt if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Credits
a) Company subscriptions
Companies may subscribe to a paid plan (Starter or Growth) billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI credits for enhancing job posts and reviewing submissions.
b) Credit top-ups
Additional AI credits can be purchased as one-time top-up packs. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
c) Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We may issue refunds at our discretion for unused credits in case of billing errors.
d) Price changes
We may change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before price changes affect active subscribers. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (“User Content”), including profile information, challenge submissions, and job listings. By submitting User Content, you grant Talento a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that your User Content:
- Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Is not false, misleading, or defamatory.
- Does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Does not contain malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial communications.
7. AI-Powered Features
Talento uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to evaluate challenge submissions, extract job post information, and generate candidate summaries. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. Hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Company.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent, plagiarised, or AI-generated challenge work without disclosure.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or bans.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without our written permission.
- Post discriminatory, harassing, or illegal job listings.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service — including the platform design, software, trademarks, and content created by Talento — is owned by Techcamp, UAB. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may use the Service solely as permitted by these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including LinkedIn, Stripe, and Anthropic. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
Talento is a platform that connects candidates and employers. We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee job placements, interview invitations, or employment outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TALENTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WE HUMAN, MB, its members, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
