Every candidate on the Talent Board has an AI-evaluated Handshake Score. It's the sum of credits earned across our challenge platform — harder challenges earn more credits, easier ones earn fewer.

The score is public, persistent, and cumulative. A candidate with 20 points has successfully completed multiple real-world challenges at a high standard. You didn't have to watch it happen — the platform's track record speaks for itself.
